Robert Mugabe: The great educator. He did a fantastic job of educating our population & Zimbabweans are world renowned for being well educated. It's unfortunate that Gucci Grace came into the picture. President Mugabe was a great man! Much respect from Mutorashanga...

Zimbabweans still liking this man is a perfect example of our problems. Let's be real, he was no duzumani he knew what to do, but he choose to instead focus on policies that destroyed the economy. What did he do when people got angry at his policies? He blamed it on all white people and chased them out, destroying our farming and agricultural sector. ALL people are welcome in Zimbabwe who are skilled and who work, we need to be modern in thinking otherwise we never improve

I am Zimbabwean and i experienced 29 years of his 37 years of Presidency that ended in 2017. All i can say is that Mugabe inherited the white colonial government system and used it against his own people thats why he stayed in power for so long while stealing the country's resourses sharing amongst himself and his close associates. Zimbabwe is rich with minerals closing up to to 40 different types of minerals. The predominant minerals include platinum group metals (PGM), chrome, gold, coal, and diamonds. However the value of the Zimbabwean dollar In 2008, lost value by the inflation rate that accelerated dramatically, from a rate in January of over 100,000% to an estimated rate of over 1,000,000% by May, and nearly 250,000,000% in July. In simple terms in 2008 i could earn a salary which could buy me 3 television sets in the morning 2@8am but in the evening@8pm the same amount will be worth a box of match sticks...The currency was losing value evry minute due to his bad leadership. Yes, the white colonial rule had racial descrimination and oppression but was better bacause they knew how to run a country so that people will not suffer. Yes blacks were oppressed but lived well financial as opposed to being free and suffering financially. Mugabes intelligence helped him stay in power as he was way too smart for the people who were around him but the same brains had no clue on how to create employment, eradicate corruption, invite foreign investment for the creation of employment and formulate economic policies that could encourage local businesses to flourish for the betterment of the masses. Anyway long live Zimbabwe, God is with us.

Today Zimbabwe has been reduced to a "gold mafia state" with leaders and their cronies enriching themselves at the expense of their national resources. Robert Mugabe will always be remembered and quoted by future generations.
