Randy Newman - I Love L.A. (Official Video)
Details
From the album Trouble in Paradise (1983)
This isn't Randy Newman. It's Randy Newman with Toto!
i remember the filming of this. i was a cia agent. i think in the 1980s. there were alot of people (white people) being trafficked by black guys or like monkeys, which is a line in the first part of the song. "everybody dresses like monkeys"
what do i recall about that. brutal fights. with monkeys or gorillas. after a lot of reflection, one thing i noticed is that, there were alot of people who got involved with the fight against the monkeys, and many of them were trying to harass zeus (aten), wearing him down psychologically, and even more people who were working with those greek gods sabotaging zeus, trying to make it seem like things werent progressing properly in a way that would create the conditions for mass apathy or disaffection towards zeus and his leadership. what does that mean? right around the times when things were really starting to look up for the cia, for zeus, you had lots of italian people being really really fed up a few minutes before things started to look up. it was very psychological. by doing that, they were dampening group momentum and group bonding/camaraderie which increases manyfold when those moments happen where things are getting real good/big victories. eventually, by doing that over and over, like i said, theres mass disaffection, and everyone feels like everythings going wrong, and leadership has to change. ive seen this in other civilizations. its some kind of black magic technique from jews. so, when things are finally supposed to get real better, instead of everyone feeling good pumped up and motivated, everyone wants to go after the leader and stop working just before they really taste victory and freedom. sad shit.
the guys from Toto, are the musicians
I cannot stand Los Angeles but man do I love this video!!!
Ain't nothing like Southern California
Let's see a new version of this video to see how far LA has fallen.
I would love to live there even it meant I had to be homeless and live in a tent
RIP LA, died of Mexicans
I live in the DMV, DC, MD, AND VA. But in my heart of hearts, I truly believe that! This LA still exists underneath it all! And at 52 years old, I'm going to make my way out to this LA! Call me Crazy for believing that this LA still exists?! But this hope and faith that I have in LA?! Won't disappoint me! Because I've lived on the East Coast for most of my Young and Adult life. I still have faith that, once I get out there? This is the SO Cal and LA that I will live and enjoy! I'm not here for the Haters! I've survived two wars, Enduring Freedom and Iraqi Freedom, and the Haters can't take that away from me! #FUCKYOUHATERS #ILA 😊😊😊😊😊😊😊
