Amon Amarth is my favorite band, but this is IMO their 3rd weakest album after The Crusher and The Avenger...
I listened to 4 albums that I've bought a while back when Google Play music existed then finally decided to check maybe there are new songs from Amon Amarth. More than 2 new albums, a surprise to be sure but a welcome one :)
Cheerleader music with distorted guitars and harsh vocals. Amon Amarth used to be raw and cold and that's what I liked about them until 2008. Formulaic, calculated, soulless.
That's great. Heindrun is my favorite.ššš
